Is this data legal to use?
Yes. Building permits are public records that cities publish themselves. We collect, clean and organize them. Contacting contractors and tenants about your services is standard B2B outreach.
Why not pull it myself from open data?
You can. Each city codes tenant-improvement work differently, and the GC and square footage are buried in the permit text. We pull those out every week and add the contacts.
How fresh are the permits?
New permits appear in the dashboard within a week of the city issuing them. On Pro, saved filters email you when a new permit matches.
What if a record is wrong?
